Feel better.
Move better.
Live better.
I am a qualified physiotherapist, I have always had a passion for sport and participated in as many sports as possible growing up. During my years studying, my passion for sports only grew, but this time in sports and orthopedic injuries, in preventing, treating, and rehabilitation of injuries. Ultimately assisting athletes to return to optimal performance.
I am a cyclist at heart and have always enjoyed cycling outdoors and in nature, although my competitive days are behind me for the most part, I am ready to give anyone a go, whether it be cycling or pushing limits when working with a patient.
I have always had a special place in my heart for children, I love working with them, and hope to make children a big part of my practice.
In 2021 I became a first-time mom to my lovely daughter and a special interest in women's health was ignited. As a first-time mom, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure. Even as a physiotherapist, I didn't know of the benefits Physiotherapy can offer before, during your pregnancy and after.
Now one of my goals is to empower other soon-to-be or first-time moms with the special set of skills I have gained along the way.
I am also currently conpleting my Phd studies on Spondylolysis in athletes
